Sessions and devices

How to see the devices connected to your account, end one session or all others, how long a session lasts and what changes when you sign out.

Every browser or device you sign in on opens a session. In Account security (auth.axuz.club/settings/security), the Sessions and devices section lists them all, so you can recognize what is yours and end what is not.

See your devices

Each row shows the device (or Unknown device when the browser does not identify itself) and the text “IP … · since … · last seen …”. The session you are using right now is marked This device, so you do not sign out your own tab by mistake.

End one session

Click Sign out on the device’s row. A confirmation appears (Sign out session: “This device will be signed out immediately”). Once confirmed, a “session ended” message appears and that device loses access immediately, without waiting for the login to expire.

End the other sessions

Sign out other sessions signs out every session except the current one, after a confirmation. The message tells you how many were ended (or that no other was open). Use it after losing a device, using a borrowed computer or suspecting improper access. Changing the password does the same automatically, and resetting the password through “Forgot my password” revokes all of them, including the current one.

How long a session lasts

By default a session expires after 7 days of inactivity and, regardless, 90 days after sign-in — in that case you sign in again. While you use Axuz, renewal happens by itself in the background. Whoever administers the workspace can tighten this under Company admin > Session policy: idle time before sign-out (in minutes), the maximum of simultaneous sessions per person and a 2FA requirement for admins and owners. If the simultaneous-session limit is reached, the oldest session is ended when you sign in on a new device.

Signing out (logout)

The Sign out button is in the account menu, in the sidebar. Signing out is irreversible: the session is revoked on the server, not just erased from the browser — anyone who had copied its access can no longer use it. Signing out in one tab ends the session for all tabs of the same browser. A Sign out button also appears on the Add a sign-in method screen, in case you want to give up before finishing.

To change your password, passkeys or e-mails, see Account security.
